    Designs and develops blended leadership development programs and highly engaging curricula in alignment with organizational goals and training needs. Consults with subject matter experts and leaders to design course content and training curriculum. Uses various methods to measure training outcomes and evaluate program success. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly.


    • Uses advanced technical expertise, professional training and development concepts and system wide objectives to determine needs, develop and deliver content in areas of responsibility, and build processes, systems and metrics to ensure that the overall training program is effective
    • Develops and recommends methods and materials for training leaders and staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops
    • Designs new training programs to support technical and business knowledge necessary to continuously improve business results
    • Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes
    • Supports integration of various learning tools and processes to improve the performance culture
    • Supports development and implementation of communication plans that advertise and create engagement for leadership development programs
    • Develops and curates engaging content that supports whole-person development
    • Adapts tone, style, and structure of content to serve multiple levels of professional experience
    • Intelligently leverage experts, previously existing materials, and the rest of the team to make excellent talent development materials on a wide range of topics
    • Manages instructional design vendors to design and develop creative, learner-centered training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities, including interactive e learning modules, videos, hands-on job aides, and resource materials
    • Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for performance improvement


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Five to seven years of related experience
    • Customer focused and possess the ability to develop innovative solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentations skills to accurately instruct and train, document and reports findings to a variety of audiences including senior management and senior external parties
    • Knowledgeable of formal instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
    • Experience in the design and development of leadership development programs
    • Experience with varied learning technologies
    • Demonstrated change management experience
    • Strong drive for results with high collaboration and teamwork skills
    • Solid analytic, verbal and written communication, facilitation, and influence management skills
    • Solid Project Management experience with demonstrative consultative skills set
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly generate high quality learning content and materials (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Suite including Video Editing)
    • Prior experience working with a Learning Management System
