WHO IS ATDKY

Kentuckiana ATD is the local chapter of the Association of Talent Development (formerly American Society of Training and Development) - the leading association of workplace learning and performance professionals in the world. Our members represent financial and educational institutions, retailers, healthcare workers, high technology firms, manufacturing, government agencies, service industries, construction, publishing and food service, as well as independent consultants and students.

Typically, we host between 1-3 events monthly. Meetings include a program with speakers selected for their expertise in a particular learning and development or other management area. Information on each meeting is published in the Chapter newsletter and made available in The Vault which is our membership archive location.

In addition to the state-of-the-art knowledge gained from these meetings, socializing and networking with others in the field are exciting aspects of membership in the chapter.

Whether you are new to the TD space or a seasoned TD expert, ATDKY is an inclusive and diverse non-profit association dedicated to helping you succeed!

A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear ATD Kentuckiana Members,

I am honored and feel privileged to assume the role of President of the ATD Kentuckiana Chapter (2023-2024). I am deeply grateful to my predecessors for their leadership and outstanding contributions to the chapter during their presidency, and all the members of the Executive Board. I am inspired by their commitment to the chapter and all of our achievements. Indeed, the growth of the chapter has been propelled collectively by individuals, past presidents, and past members of the Board.

I look forward to continuing this important work towards fulfilling the mission of ATD Kentuckiana by providing workplace learning and performance programming to our community. We will continue striving to INFORM, INVOLVE, and INSPIRE workplace learning and performance professionals of Kentuckiana and beyond.
