Additional Schedule Details: Occasionally, weekend and evening work may be required by our clients. These are scheduled several weeks in advance and based on facilitator availability. Some travel is also required.

Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Facilitation Administrator provides a variety of meeting and group facilitation and training services to internal and external clients. This position is eligible to work remotely with supervisor and university approval.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: - Bachelor's degree is required.
- Facilitation training or certification from a recognized organization is required.
Experience: - More than five (5) years of active experience in the design and delivery of a variety of meeting and group facilitation services.
Preferred Qualifications: Facilitation certification preferred, but not required.
Job Duties:
- 60% - Plan and provide expert facilitation services by collaborating with clients to assist them in reaching their desired outcomes.
- 15% - Assist with the development of training curriculum, materials, mentoring, and training facilitation.
- 10% - Assist with client needs assessments, contract development, and reporting.
- 5% - Support the daily operations of the Facilitation Center by assisting with purchasing, recordkeeping, revenue/expense tracking, etc.
- 5% - Networking and professional development.
- 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
