ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plans, organizes and coordinates the activities of a grant program Monitors grant activities, and controls expenditures Collects and analyzes data and prepares report on projects, programs, and services.
Examples of Duties
UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION
- Gathers and analyzes data and prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports on program activities
- Assists in planning, developing and implementing policies, procedures and programs
- Builds meaningful connections and engage community members through dialogue and through consistent postings and messaging
- Coordinates the implementation of workforce initiatives through informal relationships with community partners
- Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and follow-up
- Facilitates meetings and other engagement experiences to gather contributions from multiple stakeholders
- Navigates complex conversations with organizational partners that advance equitable employment practice and workforce inclusion
- Facilitates projects by discussing policies and procedures, budget, operations or issues and collaborates to find solutions
- Performs basic project management functions such as monitoring processes and documenting issues and decisions
- Assists in preparing proposals, reports, and documents
- Assists with implementation and evaluation initiatives designed to advance workforce equity goals in KentuckianaWorks? strategic plan
- Coordinates coalitions of various partner organizations and stakeholders to rally behind a common mission
- Communicates organizational strategies to key audiences
- Researches regional and national practices to inform initiatives responding to critical workforce development issues related to the region?s key industry sectors and select targeted populations

WORK EXPERIENCE
Three years of workforce development, talent development, or project management experience
EQUIVALENCY
