Supports Employee Experience team members and other stakeholders in the development and delivery of in-person learning opportunities, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, and related online learning initiatives Coordinates classes and eLearning content, including speakers, classrooms, scheduling, setup and configuration of virtual platforms, survey development, editing and publishing of content into Learning Management System. Designs and develops multimedia, e-learning, and related assets to enhance user experience and improve the learning experience of employees. Demonstrates a high level of customer support and learning agility to ensure organizational effectiveness and enhance employee experience. Work from home eligible; must live in KY, IN, or IL.
BA/BS Degree in HR, Leadership Development, Instructional Design or a related field
