    Dawn I agree. I appreciated how she walked us through the dialog of which was most important content or technology and then had us think about answering the question based on the audience..."to the learner", "to us" etc. 

    And I think you're correct in that learning how to navigate expectations of each audience is often the most difficult part.

    Did you identify any approached to doing this from our time together on Tuesday?

    I appreciate her efforts to incorporate UX into learning design. I especially like her model for the skills needed in ISD. 

    One question that I had but was unable to ask because we were running out of time - I am doing more team coaching and team development. I wonder how her model could be applied to developing teams.

    Juggling the balance of content and technology/presentation and being able to shift the priority of each as needed!

    I am so excited to purchase and read "Map It"! Much of what Cara described as her experience with her current employer, I am experiencing now and I am looking to bring structure, organization and impact to this role and company.
