The intersection of Upskilling, Reskilling and DEI

    How can you incorporate DEI into the learning experiences you build.  In the meeting after the meeting, Matthew mentioned that we could ask questions during our needs assessment such as:

    • Who will have access to this learning experience?
    • How can we make this available to front-line employees?
    What other questions or approaches can you think of?

    Matthew Daniel presented a very thought provoking session on the Intersection of DEI, Upskilling and Reskilling. He left us with a call to action, which was in essence to be more intentional about accessibility and inclusion concerning our learning efforts.

    What were your greatest lightbulb moments ? Does your company have any unique practices in upskilling and Reskilling that we can learn from ?
