How can you effectively engage and inform when training remotely? Blended Learning offers a wide range of options. This program features 4 different blended solutions to help learners find alternatives to long lectures delivered in a web conference. We'll look at alternatives to an hour long training so that it can be delivered in shorter chunks across a number of days. We'll explore easy ways for using QR codes to make training available on demand. We'll share ways to blend internal documentation with traditional learning tools to help learners find just-in-time reference materials when they need them on the job.

About Our Speaker - Karl Richter, eLearning Blends
Karl G Richter is the Owner and Creative Director of eLearning Blends a design agency that specializes in blended learning solutions to help close performance gaps. He's been speaking, teaching and building blended learning solutions since 2002. He earned an MA in Educational Technology from San Diego State University and currently lives in Louisville KY.
