Navigating the RHYTHM of Change

Guideposts for Building Resilience and Thriving Through Change

If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that persevering in the face of adversity and learning how to adapt and evolve are essential in order to thrive during tough times.

Our ability to successfully navigate the inevitable ups and downs of change is strongly determined by the extent to which we first realize a change is occurring and then consciously choose to embrace the change.

Embracing a change doesn’t necessarily mean you approve of the change (regardless of whether you perceive the change as a positive or negative event). What it does mean is that you commit to seeking opportunities within the change, and, as a result, adapt your actions, mindset and behaviors in a way that enable you to flourish in the “new normal” that results.

During this session, we will discover a different way of navigating change by exploring the psychology and biology of change RHYTHM. Strengthen your personal change resilience and help yourself (and others) thrive through change.
