The pandemic turned the existing workplace culture on its head, with many of us still disoriented by ever-shifting work schedules, reconfigured job descriptions accompanied by high staff turnover, and communication challenges. Teams everywhere are looking for new ways to connect and rebuild strong team cultures in the new work environments.
This lunch-and-learn session will explore how games - yes, games - can be an amazing tool for building team cohesion and catalyzing change. While they have long been used as a tool for individual learning, games can be even more powerful as a vehicle for people to learn and grow together. Great play experiences result in a team that can harness even more value than just the sum of its parts.
In this session, Alex Suchman, CEO and cofounder of Barometer XP, will demonstrate how to use games to create a shared experience where team members strengthen team cohesion, explore new ways of communicating, and practice collaborating with one another while also having fun!
Learning Objectives:
