Session Details

It seems like we are in a constant state of managing problems! But do we ever get the time to recognize our effectiveness in solving them, so we don’t repeat them? This session gives you starting points for comprehending your own style for solving problems, how that impacts team contributions and dynamics, and approaches to refining your style! You will:

  • Differentiate your problem-solving style from peers' problem-solving styles to reflect on its impact to achieving teamwork.
  • Set professional development goals that strengthen your problem-solving style.
  • Practice techniques for supporting your peers' problem-solving styles.
