Intersectionality is a word being used more frequently, and that's because our world is immensely more complicated today than it was even 12 months ago. No L&D challenge stands on its own, and we have to think about the long-term implications of every solution we create and offer to our employees. During this talk, Matthew will share research he and his team at Guild have been doing on how skill demand is changing, the responsibility L&D has to create talent mobility, and how to bring a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens to all of it. You'll walk away with a simple skill framework to apply to your work to help you make sure the L&D offerings you have today are more equitable and creating true talent development for where your organization is going in the future.
