Learning Doesn’t Happen Until Behavior Changes

The training guru Bob Pike says “Learning doesn’t happen until behavior changes.”

Behavior change is a longitudinal process. In this session, we will explore strategies to actively engage adult learners over an extended period of time, so the principles, strategies, and techniques we teach have an opportunity to move from “a good idea” to a habit.

Free for anyone interested. You do not have to be a member.
