Gary Pierce from the inner depth of the Sun Tan City training department is going to talk about how they use video in their courseware. Here's a quote from Gary:
"Even though eLearning has migrated largely into more of an animation world, in our retail environment we still have a need for the kind of real-life representational training that video provides in our eLearning courses. I could also talk a bit about how we brought video production in-house to save cost and what's involved in doing that."
