      1. The future of work doesn’t just happen, we get to create it!
      2. We are activists, not passivists
    2. Has L&D evolved in your organization?  Why?  How?
      1. Yes!  As the world pivots to address systemic inequities, I am driving conversations in OD and L&D towards a mindset shift of L&D as a platform for equity and how/what to do
    3. Where and how are you preparing for the future workforce?
      1. The ATDKY community, programming, & partnering organizations by making active contributions that support talent development in my community
    4. What additional questions do you have regarding this topic?
      1. What does the ATDKY community need to prepare the future workforce or continue to evolve?  How can I help?
