Position Summary
Delivers company training programs and workshops to FranNet Consultants and Franchisors. Monitors the effectiveness of training on FranNet Consultants using individual or group performance results. Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation. Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements. Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids. Typically reports to a manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
● Train, onboard and provide continuing education to FranNet Associates/Independent Contractors, Consultants, Office Assistants, and our Franchisors partners.
● Update training manuals
● Host, coordinate and maintain webinars for IFA. Participate in webinar, train and provide updates for the FranFit program.
● Track Accountability Groups and assign new Associates
● Update and maintain the Operations Brand Standards Manual
● Assist with creation of topics/content for national meetings
● Maintain content in the Hub
● Maintain the training site in FRED
● Maintain address book, microsites, SDF’s (Salesman Disclosure Forms)
● Train, communicate changes and troubleshoot problems for Consultants on our CRM (FranConnect) and our other tools.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Two years experience in a training capacity preferred

Franchise experience is a plus
