    Director of Talent Management (Kindred at Home)

    Overview

    The Director Talent Management is a member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and deploy business-driven talent/experience management strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, successional planning, talent assessment, change leadership, development planning, designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain associates while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving our strategic imperatives and growth plans.

    About You

    This position reports to the VP of Learning and Professional Development and will plan a critical role in imagining and realizing the Company as a strategy driven, equitable, and inclusive community, committed to clinical excellence, compassionate care and extraordinary service when life matters most. In this role you will provide leadership, strategy tracking and implementation of talent practices, including Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI). The Director of Talent Management will partner to provide stewardship across all parts of the organization in concert with those in HR and other corporate functions. You will shape systems, processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures across the organization in support of effectiveness a culture of transparency, and accountability. This role requires a big thinker with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the Company and a wiliness to drive work forward.

    • Successful in creating and executing best in class practices talent management programs and processes
    • Demonstrates flexibility and agility to adapt to changing business requirements
    • Very comfortable working with multiple online and computer applications
    • Quick to learn and apply new knowledge
    • Strong ability to collaborate and partner with HR partners and leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate team decision-making, and to manage a variety complex and competing priorities
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field or the equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years in talent management role with strong leadership presence to influence operational stakeholders
    • Healthcare industry experience desired
    • Ability to travel 10% percent of the time
    • Able to build meaningful processes through service and feedback channels, data analysis and reporting
