This role assists in administering, capturing, and maintaining human resource policies and procedures. This role will develop communications and process paperwork for functional areas. The HR Generalist will provide technical support and guidance on all HR related issues (i.e. operational support, policy support and audits, SOPs, etc.)This role will be responsible for the collaboration in design and implementation of key HR processes, manage expectations of multiple stakeholders, and ensure reliability of HRIS inputs. The HR Generalist will participate in policy management, projects, vendor relationships, and partner with the organization’s parent company, Ascension. This is a remote position based in Indianapolis.
