We currently have an exciting opening for an eLearning/LMS/Web Coordinator.
The eLearning/LMS/Web Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the Learning Management System which includes eLearning/Web-based training (WBT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), In-Service and Competency Training and education functions at Baptist Health Louisville and Baptist Health La Grange. This includes the creation of the courses/classes, author support, user support, compliance reporting and archiving of records. This position is responsible for oversight of department specific pages on Intranet site including assistance with new page creation, training of page authors, auditing of pages for appropriateness and troubleshooting issues with pages. Responsible for audiovisual production, videotape editing and production, digital imagery, and multi-media presentations for educational programming and support/education for users of these services and functions. Supports regular, periodic assessment of educational needs, development of action plans to address identified needs as well as ongoing competency management.
