Session Information

The topic will be about GE's lean journey and their road to becoming a continuous learning organization, including how developing people to identify and solve problems in the organization is the key to their success and competitive advantage.

They will present an overview of the Appliances Business, Lean, and their L&D strategy to support their cultural and operational transformation. It will be an interactive presentation and one you won't want to miss!

Networking begins at 4:30 and the presentation is from 5:00- 6:00.

FROM: I-64
1. Take I-264/Watterson Expressway (West)
2. Take Newburg Road (South) Exit #15B
3. Take Newburg Road approximately 3 miles. (Immediately before you get to Appliance Park you’ll come to an intersection called Old Shepherdsville Road with a Marathon Gas Station/ Mac’s on your right)
4. Keep going straight on Newburg Road and it will lead you into the GE parking lot.
5. Proceed straight and Monogram Hall will be the first building on your left. Please turn left into the 2nd driveway on the left and enter the front of the building.

FROM: I-65
1. Take I-264 East approximately 1.5 miles
2. Take Newburg Road (South) Exit #15B
3. Take Newburg Road approximately 3 miles. (Immediately before you get to Appliance Park you’ll come to an intersection called Old Shepherdsville Road with a Marathon Gas Station/ Mac’s on your right)
