Transitioning instructor-led classroom training to a remote or blended learner experience has been a topic that has received a lot of attention recently due to the effects of the pandemic.

This challenge presents opportunities to accelerate the rate of change to modernize learning and in discovering the right mix to maximize training results.

Shea will share the recent journey of Multi-Skill Training Services and their efforts to impact change with their clients in leading them to utilize more online training and assessments to accomplish their goals, including what we have learned by both our successes and failures.
