Focus On: Delivering Training with Impact
What makes for the best training experience?
Join your peers in a hands-on workshop and discussion format about designing and delivering training activities with impact. During this session you’ll practice utilizing the tips shared for what makes classroom learning effective, and work with a group to design exercises. You will leave with a catalog of classroom activities for some of the most common training topics and practice using them. We will also design on-the-job activities for those of you who are challenged to bring employees out of their workspaces and into the classroom. Whether you are experienced with instructor-led training (ILT), new to training, or looking for on the job (OJT) training ideas, we know you’ll take something away from this event!
