WEBINAR DETAILS:

Have you always been a bit puzzled by how to measure the ROI (return on investment) of your training projects? If so, this could be one of the most practical and strategic professional development sessions you will attend this year. To best participate in this session, bring two or three project ideas that are currently (or soon-to-be) underway.

Not every talent development initiative needs to be measured and justified, but if none of your initiatives are measured, you are missing out on significant opportunities, for yourself, your department, your staff. What initiatives have the most impact? How can you prove it? This session helps Talent Development leaders begin to put some method behind the madness of measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions.

Come join us on Tuesday, May 28 at 12pm et by registering today.  A link to the session with login details will be emailed to you prior to the time of the event.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Robb Bingham, Learning & Communications Strategist

(M.Ed., Curriculum and Instruction, University of South Florida) holds multiple awards for helping companies get strategic with training – especially in the space where learning intersects with communications and performance improvement. One company estimates a measurable savings of over $3 million within the first year of implementing one of Robb’s design solutions.

He was also awarded UnitedHealth Group’s Training Innovation Award for Best Performance Improvement Measures, saving the company over $500,000 in billable time by partnering with the Quality Assurance team to reduce the amount of non-relevant training required for all audiences across the Life Sciences organization.

Mr. Bingham has served organizations in a number of different roles, from Trainer, Designer, Developer, and Producer, to Team Lead, National Curriculum Manager, and External Consultant. However, he most enjoys helping start-up and new initiative teams work together developing new, creative solutions to relevant business problems using a framework he coined the Converging Solutions Problem Solving Model.

Throughout his career, Robb has worked across dozens of diverse businesses/industries including:

  • Ameriprise Financial
  • Boston Scientific
  • Caterpillar
  • International Dairy Queen
  • Deloitte
  • Optum
  • T-Mobile
  • UnitedHealth Group
