As you start the new year, it’s the perfect opportunity to sit back and think about your professional and personal life.  What do you hope for in 2017?  What would you like to change?

Come to this fun, interactive session and spend an hour and a half focusing on the life you would love to create in 2017.  You will have the opportunity to think about your:

  • Career
  • Time and Money Freedom
  • Health
  • Relationships

In this session you will learn:

  • How to define your dream
  • How to know if your dream is right for you
  • How to avoid losing steam when going after your dream
  • How to dissolve resistance to success

 You can have a dream at any age, at any stage of life, and under any circumstance.  You can even reinvent yourself multiple times during your life.  Come to this session with your dreams for 2017 and learn ways to transform your life! 

About our Facilitator:  Karen Dahlem

Karen is President of Dahlem Consulting, a business that partners with organizations to manage organizational change. She is also a certified coach, and works with individuals to manage personal change.

For over ten years, Karen worked with Computer Sciences Corporation and their clients (such as TSA, Ascension Health, General Dynamics, Nissan, Bombardier, Aon, and United Technologies) on large-scale IT outsourcing projects. She managed organizational change and communications and also led various other teams.

Prior to creating her consulting business, Karen spent five years in the Advancing Markets Group of Brown-Forman Corporation where she managed organizational change and communications projects and partnered with colleagues globally.

Karen has a Master of Science in Organization Development (M.S.O.D) from American University in Washington, DC., and is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
