You've made it! Your first leadership position! Now what?!? Often times, Leadership Development funds are spent on those in higher levels of leadership, but what about those in their first leadership position? They directly influence your front-line staff, the face of your company! In this session you will learn how a non-profit organization was able to build a Strong Start Leadership Development program for first-time leaders with a shoe-string budget.
