Ann Brown's daily work focuses on empowering the team of professionals at Farm Credit Mid-America to create the highest quality learning experiences possible. In addition to her leadership role in the company as Assistant Vice President of Organizational Development, Ann actively promotes the philosophy that together, we are all working to be better versions of ourselves.
Ann has extensive organizational development expertise that includes internal consulting, project management, gap analysis, general workforce optimization, performance improvement, talent development planning, mentoring and coaching. She has earned her Masters of Science in Human Resource Development with a specialization in Curriculum and Instructional Design from Indiana State University.
With a long resume that continues to grow, Ann brings enthusiasm to each speaking engagement or session she facilitates. She is a collaborative business partner, leader and life-long learner.
